Kinesiology: what is it?

Kinesiology is a psycho-corporeal therapeutic technique which aims to promote a state of balance and mental, emotional, physical and energetic well-being.

It allows each consultant to develop their potential and their ability to adapt and to regain their health.

In a kinesiology session, we are always looking for “a return to balance”, which means that any problem, whether emotional, physical, cognitive or energetic, is experienced as an imbalance. We never diagnose, treat or cure, but listen to the wisdom of each person's body/brain entity that has the information needed to return to wellness and teaches us the way in what we can offer .

To establish this dialogue with the consultant's body/brain, we use the muscle tone test as a tool: by exerting light pressure on any muscle, we immediately perceive whether the muscle remains "strong", or whether it loses its ability to “shut down” and weakens. A loss of muscle tone always indicates stress linked to the current problem (question, thought, emotion, food, area of the body, etc.)
