It allows each consultant to develop their potential and their ability to adapt and to regain their health.
In a kinesiology session, we always seek "a return to balance", which means that any problem, whether emotional, physical, cognitive or energetic, is experienced as an imbalance. We never diagnose, treat or cure, but listen to the wisdom of each person's body/brain entity who has the information needed to return to wellness and teaches us the way in what we can offer. .
To establish this dialogue with the body/brain of the consultant, we use as a tool the muscle tone test : by exerting a slight pressure on any muscle, we immediately perceive if the muscle remains "strong", or if it loses its ability to "close" and weakens. A loss of muscle tone always indicates stress related to the current problem (question, thought, emotion, food, body area,...)
Muscle testing helps identify imbalances, their roots and how to regain balance.
Kinesiology is a therapy that gives rapid and profound results.
The frequency of consultations is generally one meeting per month or every 3 weeks.
The kinesiologist establishes a dialogue with the consultant's body/brain entity.
People who have difficulty talking about their emotions usually adhere to kinesiology.
The muscle test, carried out under professional conditions, provides access to information
just without being "intellectualized". He can determine with precision the origin and the causes of our imbalances,
and the appropriate corrections to be made to restore balance.
Kinesiology acts gently and harmoniously on our whole body, using techniques such as the stimulation of reflex points in the body, visualization, certain body movements, role-playing,...
The consultant sees and feels the changes from the first consultation. These are spaced out, and do not create "therapeutic dependence"
This is due to the fact that we work with the notion of imbalance and of return to balance.
In my 15 years of experience as a kinesiologist, I have had the chance to support many couples who had difficulty having children using the natural techniques of kinesiology. Often with very rapid results.
Some couples unfortunately did not have this chance and I accompanied them to accept this situation and create new perspectives for their family.
Many stressful situations can affect the fetus:
external: stressful situations for the mother or the father, illnesses or accidents, conflicts, depression,...
or internal: change in the mother's diet, loss of a twin (not always conscious), illness,...
Chronic depression, physical pain, inconveniences that seem omnipresent in life, without being able to understand and overcome them.
Goals that remain unresolved, no matter how hard you try to achieve them.
With age, new physical inconveniences may appear, problems with posture, movement, memory.
Human relationships cause tension or sadness,…
It is important to note that a diagnosis is never made: We simply identify an imbalance, make the appropriate corrections and monitor the result immediately.
The muscle tone test is performed on any muscle in the body, with clothing. It's very gentle - light pressure from contraction to extension of the muscle.
In general, the brachioradialis (arm muscle) is used when the client is seated, or the anterior deltoid when the client is standing.
If this is the client's first time, I demonstrate the muscle tone testing modality until the consultant feels comfortable that it is really their body that is guiding us during the consultation.
Then we do a short equilibration at the energetic and neurological level, to make sure that we will have valid answers during the tests.
We almost always have more than one goal we would like to work on during the consultation.
Sometimes the body indicates that it is not appropriate to work on a defined goal at the moment: either because we have to make a correction before, or release another matter first, or simply because the body does not is in no condition to allow this change. If this happens, I look for what can be done to enable the change, but if the body continues to refuse, that goal is not being worked on at the time. Fortunately, this rarely happens. But when you have more than one objective, I look for what is the priority for the body.
It is not necessarily the objective causing the most stress that will be a priority.
The priority of the body is only an indication that I share. If the consultant maintains his desire to work on another objective, and the organization allows this work, we do it.
Once the objective has been chosen, the body indicates the technique (or mixture of techniques) it needs to regain balance. I then follow the appropriate protocols, identifying imbalances/blockages, applying necessary corrections and monitoring positive change.
Once it is confirmed that there is no longer any negative emotional stress associated with the goal,
a task can be added to continue the work outside the consultation.
It is also determined what is the integration time of the session,
the minimum time before you can receive another kinesiology consultation
energy and the perfect time to come back.
