Bilateral music to help you relax, focus and resolve your internal conflicts.

Bilateral music is generally soft and relaxing music, which has the particularity of alternating sounds from one ear to the other. This stereophonic movement simultaneously activates one hemisphere of the brain then the other, which will allow synchronized activation of both sides of the brain.

This music is commonly used in EMDR, Brainspotting, Wingwave and EiE-K therapies: a new branch of kinesiology that combines eye movements or positions with the use of muscle testing and the provision of energetic corrections.

Bilateral music balances the activity of the cerebral hemispheres

Alternating stimulation of both hemispheres can induce a state of deep relaxation and reduce stress levels. It can also help balance the activity of the cerebral hemispheres, promoting better communication between them. Bilateral auditory stimulation can also support creative processes.

Listening with headphones strongly recommended!

To function ideally, it is recommended to listen to bilateral music through headphones.

It is not necessary to have a high volume for brain synchronization to work. For example, you can choose an extremely low volume level that allows you to listen to the conversations of those around you, while still reaping the benefits of alternating activation.

The benefits of listening to bilateral music:

  1. In therapy: Bilateral music helps stimulate both hemispheres of the brain in an alternating manner, facilitating the reprogramming of traumatic memories.
  2. Relaxation and stress management. Reduced anxiety and improved sleep.
  3. Concentration and meditation. Improves mental clarity in moments of study or concentration, and facilitates meditation.
