The muscle test

Muscle testing helps identify imbalances, their roots and how to regain balance.

Kinesiology, for people who discover it for the first time, can seem magical. Yet, muscle testing, the kinesiologist's main communication tool, is very simple and gives precise results, as long as we follow a series of precise rules. Anyone can learn these protocols. There is no need to have a special gift to do kinesiology.

The muscle test is the kinesiologist's means of communication to communicate with the bio-computerr of the consultant and investigate his cellular memory.

It is simply based on a change in the degree of tone of a muscle chosen as an indicator (any muscle of the body chosen in general based on its ease of use) or in some cases, the tone of a muscle specific directly associated with an organ and an energy meridian.

The answers that the kinesiologist obtains with the test are binary: the muscle resists the slight pressure exerted from its position of contraction towards extension, or the muscle does not hold and loses its muscle tone. A bit like computer language which is based on two pieces of information: 0 or 1.
